The 2018 annual meeting of Qingdao Yewhing Group in the theme of “fulfillment, concentration, future” was successfully held.

On March 2^nd, 2019, Qingdao Yewhing Group held the 2018 annual work summary meeting & 2019 annual work planning meeting in the theme of “fulfillment, concentration, future” in Hyatt Regency Qingdao Hotel. Chairman of the Group Chen Song, Vice-President Pan Jingjian, Vice-President Huang Ping, Li Qing and Hu Fenggui, General Manager and partner of Wood Industry Joint Venture, Dai Changye, partner of the fishery company as well as the colleagues from different offices and Qingdao headquarter attended this meeting together.

At 1:00 pm, the meeting started on time. Firstly, Li Shaogang, Deputy General Manager of Steel Department summarized and analyzed the situation of his department in 2018 and presented in details the situation of steel market and the working plan of 2019. Mr. Li affirmed their performance of this year and asked us to have a sober judgment of the situation of Steel Department of next year. Let’s expect a splendid performance of Steel Department in next year.

Then, Huang Ping, General Manager of Yewhing Jiaye made a speech. Mme Huang reviewed the work of 2018 and forecast the situation of 2019.

Mme Huang started her report by introducing her feeling between 2015 and 2019 when the economy passed from severe winter to warm winter and to early spring. In terms of business, Mme Huang introduced the concrete businesses of MDC Department, Commercial Department and Steel Department as well as the concerns and plans for 2019. In the summary for functional departments, Mme Huang proposed to take the refined management for the key project of functional departments in 2019 in order to jointly create an efficient and viable working team with collective wisdom.

Next, Chairman Chen Song introduced the business progress of the invested companies in fishery and wood industry and the planning for 2019. meanwhile, Mr. Chen showed us the planning drawing of MDC to be put into expansion. From current MDC CENTER to future MDC MALL, it is planned to expand to 7000m2. These favorable important plans will be accomplished within this year. Let’s expect together better work fruits in next year.

After delicate tea break, Pan Jingjian, Vice-President who will go back to Angola, told us about Yewhing and its cultural gene in Angola. Firstly, Mr. Pan introduced the security environment in Angola in the past years and the responsibilities and important contributions of Yewhing who is Chairman of Security Protection Association of Angola in such an environment. It’s just due to the sense of responsibility of Yewhing staff, we have fulfilled the mission of enterprise, advancing on the road of being an internationalized enterprise respected by the society. At the same time, as the chairman of volunteers’ union, he did his best to practice Yewhing spirit, to serve Yewhing staff and to sublimate himself. During the humorous and interesting speech of Mr. Pan, warm applause burst from time to time.

On its way of developing, Yewhing always relies on the hard work of all the employees and the support of its partners, including the old employees who have been always following the company and the new employees who joined Yewhing on its way of advancing. In this meeting, the employees who served Yewhing for at least ten years were specially commended. Fellows, let’s go ahead together.

Not only the overseas employees represented by Mr. Chen and Mr. Pan did their best to fulfill the mission of Yewhing, in China, we also planned the public benefit activities of 2019 and founded the “Yewhing Love Fund”. In this annual meeting, we launched a charity auction and got enthusiastic reaction. The employees actively made donations to charity. Finally, all the donations were included into the “Yewhing Love Fund” and will be used for the public benefit activities of this year.

In the following performances, the colleagues showed their artistic talents and warmed up the hall. The performances won a lot of applause. The enthusiastic dances, the impassioned songs, the melodious flute whistling and the happy collective greeting videos showed our excellent team cohesiveness and positive initiative and brought laughter to this annual meeting over and over.

The lottery drawing pushed the meeting to the climax.
